Just asking
Can someone teach me how to get away from kings on innocuous boards when villains hold aces? Given how many times it has happened the last week (Rush and donkaments), I obviously need lessons.

How is it not getting all in pre-flop? :P. Are you cold calling his re-raise? Was this a rhetorical question. :)
You never get away from KK preflop. There is only one move and that is to push. On later streets, it depends on each situation.
